Would YOU like to participate as a panelist in one of the CASE MANAGEMENT SESSIONS? Just complete the Panelist Information Form and the Panelist Disclosure Form, and submit two cases no later than January 14, 2008. We will select one audience panelist for each session from these submissions. You must use the PowerPoint template format for the two cases you submit.

The Case Management Sessions have always been among the high points of the conference. To be considered for serving on the panel of one of these important sessions, please submit to our office no later than January 14, 2008, two cases, including history, pertinent x-rays, and any additional data that would be beneficial in stimulating discussion – using the PowerPoint template provided.

Note that again this year, we are emphasizing the RURAL PERSPECTIVE in the first Case Management Session and the URBAN PERSPECTIVE in the second. Regardless of which session you wish to participate, we are seeking interesting cases that reflect today's trauma and acute care surgery management challenges and will encourage thought provoking discussions. As you select your cases, keep in mind the focus (rural or urban) of the session you wish to be a part of and choose cases that fit well with this focus.
